Abstract : Over the past decade, research has shown that fiber reinforced polymers (FRP’s) can be efficiently, economically and safely be used for strengthening and rehabilitation of reinforced concrete RC structures. However, little is known about the behavior of FRP materials, at high temperature and this is a primary factor limiting the widespread application of FRP materials in buildings, parking garages and industrial structures.
