Abstract : Exposure to rain causes conspicuous ingress of moisture within the porous fabric of structural concrete. Since moisture plays a pivotal role in inflicting durability damage to concrete, analysis of the associated moisture transport phenomena is essential to enable reliable prediction of durability performance of structural elements.
