Instructions
1. Login :
To Login the voting system -
- Please enter your Registered Email-ID
- Select Submit – you will get an OTP in your email ID
- Please enter your 6 digit OTP and Select Submit
“Welcome to Online Voting” will appear on the screen
2. Online Voting :
- For each position, the names, profile of the candidates contesting, and the number of candidates to be selected, will appear:
Position: Chairman - One Candidate to be elected of the three nominations.
Position: Secretary - One Candidate to be elected of the two nominations.
- Go through the profile of the candidates (as given by the contestants) and Cast your vote
- Select ‘Continue’ to view your Selection
- If you want to make any change in your selection, click ‘Back button’ and do the required changes. Or else, select ‘Submit’ to complete your voting.
Once you select ‘Submit’, no modification can be done.
You will receive a confirmation message "Thanks for Voting" on the screen.
